Google Set Plan to Close Down 06 Of Their Existing Projects in this Year. 

Google has set its plan to close down six of their existing projects in this current year-2022 ongoing the move of the company's exterminate projects those were not complying with Google's expectations.

Ensuing close-down projects are as follows.

1. Android Things:

Android Things Embedded Operating Platform to Close Down.

Android Things, "alies", Brillo as its code name, was a blasting Android-based embedded operating platform by Google first announced in 2015. 

But it was launched later to the public in 2018. Android-Things was an operating system that aimed at low-power and memory-restricted Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

Google Cameos or Cameos on Google is another project being- close down in this year by Google. 

It was- made as a video-based Q&A (Question & Answering) app specially developed for Celebrities  Popular Public Figures to answer frequently asked questions from their fans. 

First, Google Cameos was- launched on the App Store in August 2018- contrary to the Google Play Store in October 2019. 

Google Cameos was -distinguishably developed for influencers and celebrities to use by invite-only. 

Google Cameos- the app, was made to avert the proliferate-of misinformation by giving- celebrities access to answer their fan's questions via short videos. 

Using this- app, fans could find their most desirable celebrity's videos in a separate link or knowledge panels of the said celebrities.

5. Google Chrome Apps:

Google commenced its cease down in-2017 immediately upon the Chrome Apps tab was removed in the Chrome Web Store. 

In 2020, Google stopped accepting new apps. And its support will end for all existing Chrome app users for all operating systems by June 2022. 

Google also notes that this alteration does not influence support for Chrome Extensions. 

Google will perdure its support and investment in Chrome Extensions on all existing platforms.

6. YouTube Originals:

YouTube Originals Known as YouTube Red Will Now Closure in this Year.  

Eventually, YouTube Originals, known earlier as YouTube Red, is a subscription service that came up with advertising-free streaming of all videos hosted by YouTube.

However, no tentative- timeline was- given on his declarations of when the service will be closed down.
